Hi, My name is Shanti
I am a trauma-informed Conscious Intimacy Coach specialising in Women's Empowerment.
I hold women's circles and teach intuitive embodiment classes and restorative yoga for women in Bournemouth.

I am a passionate Yoga Teacher and Women's Empowerment and Intimacy Coach, dedicated to helping women bring together body, mind and spirit and use this to create and live an integrated and empowered life.

My journey in the healing industry spans over ten years, beginning as a psychiatric nurse before discovering my true calling in a holistic, embodied approach to wellness. My own journey with empowerment has been truly life-changing.

​ Learning to blend empowerment with embodiment and movement has been one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever experienced and led me to do my yoga teacher training.
Movement, somatics and empowerment gave allowed me to reconnect with myself in ways I never imagined possible, bringing a deeper sense of harmony and clarity into my life, and I love holding space for other women and sharing this. I create workshops and classes for women dedicated to restoring safety, nourishment, relaxation and a chance to reconnect deeply inwards.

Having studied at the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality, I became a trauma-informed empowerment and intimacy coach. Empowering women has become my passion and I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of incredible women. I coach one-on-one sessions with women who want to connect to, unleash and enliven their innate wisdom and power. I stand for women feeling safe in their full and expanded expression, and I am honoured to be able to create spaces that empower, support and help reconnect to the truth that is stored within all of us.
