Candle Lit Restorative Yoga
Monday Evenings | 8pm-9:15pm
Spend your evening unwinding in a cozy, candlelit studio with heated floors, the perfect setting for deep relaxation.

Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing Journey
Bimonthly | 8pm-9:30pm
Treat yourself to the beautiful gift of reconnecting with your inner world.
Spend a nurturing evening resting your body in long held postures, guided meditation and gentle breath focus.
Allow yourself to drift into deep, healing relaxation as you bask in the enchanting sounds of gongs and crystal bowls, lovingly provided by Sacred Sound Healing UK.

Embody Your Feminine Flow - Women's Circle
The second Friday of each month | 10am-11:45am
This women’s workshop is a space for you to reconnect with your natural, grounded feminine self—a place for all women, of all shapes, ages, and walks of life.
We’ll be weaving together practices like yoga, breathwork, meditation, affirmations, journaling, and intimate sharing circles, creating a warm, supportive space to help you feel more deeply connected to yourself and others.

Full Moon Restorative Yoga
Monthly Friday | 7:15pm-8:30pm
Step into an evening of tranquility and gentle movement, where you’ll be guided through soft, grounding, floor-based postures. Unwind and find relaxation as you connect to the soothing and releasing energy of the full moon.
As you ease into each pose, you’ll feel the day's stress and tension melt away, giving way to a deep, peaceful sense of connection with yourself and the present moment.
With slow stretches, soothing breaths, and the serene atmosphere, this practice will allow you to release tension in both body and mind, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and deeply relaxed.

Intuitive Flow for Women
Every Wednesday | 9:30 am - 10:30 am
Step into a unique yoga experience that moves beyond alignment and structure. This class encourages you to connect with the natural, intuitive flow of your body.
Through flowing movements such as spirals, waves, circles, rolls and shaking, you'll deepen your body awareness and find harmony in your movement.
This is an embodiment practice designed to leave you feeling energized, grounded, and fully attuned to your body’s rhythms.
